Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recreates the magic of ‘Dola Re’

‘Sarbjit’ promotions are on and the star cast of the film Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Randeep Hooda and Richa Chaddha are on their toes carrying out the promotions. At one such promotional event, Aishwarya Rai was asked to perform on her famous song ‘Dola Re’ from ‘Devdas’ and we were left stunned with her performance.

Aishwarya didn’t only remember all her steps, but she performed with such grace. Her moves were par excellence while the charm on her face was as good as it was in the film ‘Devdas’.

Directed by Omung Kumar, ‘Sarbjit’ is based on the life of Indian citizen Sarabjit Singh trapped in Pakistani jail. It’s a heart-wrenching story of how Sarabjit lost his path on the border and got himself captivated by Pakistani authorities. His sister Dalbir Kaur, played by Aishwarya Rai, knocked every door possible to get her brother released from the prison, but only to be disappointed. Sarabjit was then attacked by his jail inmates and he succumbed to the injuries.
