Chris Gayle challenges Amitabh Bachchan to do ‘Champion’ dance

West Indies cricketer Chris Gayle, who met Amitabh Bachchan recently, has now dedicated the globally celebrated cricket song ‘Champion’ sung by Dwayne ‘DJ’ Bravo to him on Instagram. Bravo’s ‘Champion’ dance was a hit in the recently concluded ICC World Twenty20. During the ICC tourney, the dance was performed by many cricketers, commentators, international athletes and much more.

Gayle posted a video on his Instagram account, wherein he could be seen challenging Amitabh Bachchan, Virat Kohli, and AB de Villiers to perform the dance. He accepted the same challenge from teammate Dwayne Bravo and performed to the famous dance number.

Gayle was mighty impressed by Amitabh Bachchan whom he had met recently. “Gayle was charmed by Mr Bachchan. He stayed much longer than the appointed time. And the two promised to stay in touch. Now just days after the meeting, Gayle has dedicated the song to the three personalities he is most impressed by. Mr Bachchan is happy to be one of them,” said a source close to the Bachchans to DNA.
