Gaurav Chopraa’s EMOTIONAL chat on losing parents, being away from son, single parenting| Rana Naidu

Actor Gaurav Chopraa recently won hearts for his portrayal of the eccentric Prince Reddy in Rana Naidu. However, the journey through the show had been quite a tumultuous one for the actor and he opened up on it in a recent conversation with Bollywood Bubble. Gaurav started by discussing the success of Rana Naidu and even receiving a call from Hollywood post that. He also discussed his dark phase during the journey on the show and how co-actors Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati helped him get through it.

The actor spoke about dealing with the grief of losing both his parents in a span of 10 days during Covid-19, then going through a separation, and facing his darkest and lowest times. He even spoke about the challenges of being a single parent, the undermining of a father’s struggles and how staying away from his son added to all the pain and darkness. In a details conversation, Gaurav Chopraa also presented his point of view on the discrimination that TV actors face in films and how he also has to deal with a lot of those factors even at this stage of his career.
