Is ‘O Teri’ inspired by CWG scam?

Superstar Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s upcoming movie ‘O Teri’, is apparently inspired by Commonwealth Games scam. The storyline of the movie that is produced by Salman Khan revolves around Prantabh Pratap and Anand Ishvaram Devadutt Subramanium who are journalists doing regular stories when a quirky turn of events changes their lives.

According to sources, Anupam Kher’s character in the movie seems to be based on CWG’s former organising committee Chairman Suresh Kalmadi, who was accused of irregularities in the preparations for the 2010 Games. The director Umesh Bist without confirming the news said, “The film is inspired by real life events but I would not like to reveal anything as of now.”
