Oye Hichki: Rani Mukerji-starrer portrays the discriminations in society

The makers of ‘Hichki’ have released a the title track from the movie, Titled ‘Oye Hichki’, the song depicts Rani Mukerji dancing along with slum kids who also happen to be her school students. The video aims to highlight the discriminations prevalent in the society, be it in terms of racial stereotypes or countless other despicable stuff that happens in its name. While, we all loved Rani’s avatar and easy-going vibes in the song, we didn’t really find the melody of the song impressive. The song which is crooned by Harshdeep Kaur and penned by Jaideep Sahni got a tad boring towards the end. Helmed by Siddharth P Malhotra and produced by Maneesh Sharma, ‘Hichki’ is slated to release on March 23, 2018.
