Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor in ‘Andaz Apna Apna 2’

Rajkumar Santoshi has been trying to make a sequel to his cult film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’. But was unable to rope in the lead heroes Aamir Khan and Salman Khan due to their busy schedule. Now he has decided to make the movie with a younger starcast of Shahid Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor.

As per sources, Shahid Kapoor is pretty impressed with the idea and now the maker has to convince Ranbir Kapoor, “Although Raj ji ideally wants to do the film with Aamir and Salman, he is keeping his options open. Since it has almost become an impossible task to get combination dates from the two, Rajji might go ahead with Ranbir and Shahid – who are both young and commercially viable.”
But it has not been officially confirmed as yet, but we would like to say “What An Idea Sirji!”
