Sanjay Kapoor recently appeared in Shahid Kapoor starrer gritty action drama Bloody Daddy. The actor donned a different look for his role of Hamid and when Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar cornered him for a chat, he opened up on his character and how he added a little bit of Sanjay to it through his own sunglasses. He discussed the importance of a director like Ali Abbas Zafar to helm an actioner in today’s time when they have become all the craze. He also opened up on Shahid’s stardom and his evolution from Shaandar to Bloody Daddy. Even with such grand scale, Bloody Daddy opted for an OTT release instead of theatres. Sanjay shared his stance on the OTT vs theatre discussion for this film, taking example of the hit show Game Of Thrones. He opened up on Sanjay 3.0 version and the current diverse phase of his career. The actor credited his father for the position of the Kapoor khandan in the industry as he spoke about wife Maheep Kapoor’s stardom, brother Boney Kapoor’s acting debut this year with Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar and how he now wants Anil Kapoor’s wife, Sunita Kapoor to also face the camera.
