Shashi Kapoor’s hand impression tile to be unveiled

Veteran actor Shashi Kapoor is being honored for his contribution to Hindi cinema with a tile of his hand impression, that will be unveiled by son Kunal Kapoor at Prithvi Theatres.  And later be installed at the ‘Walk Of Stars’ promenade at Bandra, Bandstand.

As per sources, Kunal Kapoor said, “We are extremely humbled and touched with this gesture. This hand print will symbolize his contribution to the Indian film industry. And it’s an honour for me to be able to launch my father’s tile in his presence. He’s been one of the most popular star of his time and will be remembered that way.”

The celebrated superstar’s hand print will join the tiles of rest of the Kapoor clan at the ‘Walk of the Stars.’
