Shocker – Shahid Kapoor goes ‘Bald’ for ‘Haider’

For all you girls and ladies out there who simply de-stress with Shahid Kapoor’s tress, well, the ‘mane’ topic of discussion about this lover boy will shock you to say the least. The reason? The eternal heart-throb has gone BALD for Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Haider’. Yes shocking but true, Shahid Kapoor has gone ahead and truly done the unthinkable, unimaginable and all this, in the name of art.

According to sources, Shahid Kapoor has actually shaved off his head on Wednesday evening at around 4.30 p.m at a famous salon called Faisal Hairdressers at Dal Gate in Srinagar. Sasha tweeted about it on the social network site on January 29, “Chop, chop day.”

Shahid Kapoor’s look is being kept under wraps and the actor is sporting a skull cap throughout the day during the shooting of the film in Kashmir. ‘Haider’ is the adaptation of Shakespearean tragedy Hamlet based in Kashmir Valley. The film also stars Irrfan Khan, Tabu and newbie Shraddha Kapoor, who plays a press reporter in the film.
Shahid Kapoor fans were intensely shocked by his decision so soon after his tweet of ‘chop chop’, #DontGoBaldShahid began to trend on Twitter with fans urging him not to get rid of his hair.
