Spotted: Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ ride on the streets of Mumbai

The ‘Baadshah’ of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to treat his fans with a double bonanza this year. After receiving a favourable response for the trailer of his upcoming film ‘Fan,’ the actor reported on the sets of his next lined up release ‘Raees.’ This Rahul Dholakia directorial will see the Superstar playing the role of a bootlegger turned politician, set in the period of 1980’s in Gujarat.

Recently, the team of ‘Raees’ wrapped up their shooting schedule in Gujarat and returned to Mumbai. As the crew chose to shoot some sequences on real locations, a new video came out where Shah Rukh Khan was spotted driving a classic dark green colour jeep on the streets of Mumbai.

Reportedly, the film is in the final leg of its shoot and the remaining portions will be shot in Mumbai itself. Apart from SRK, his leading lady in the film Mahira Khan also shot a few scenes with him in Mumbai. The film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the role of a tough cop trying to nail down the empire set by Raees Khan (played by SRK). The movie is slated to release during the festive time of Eid on July 3, 2016.
