Aamir Khan had gained weight for the film ‘Dangal’. In the film, he has two avatars, one in which he had to look fat (older version) and the other one in which he had to look fit like a wrestler (younger version). So, Aamir first gained the weight and later on, shed that fat from his body to look fit.

Well, Aamir was helped by his two fitness trainers, Rahul Bhatt and Rakesh Udiyar, to get that toned body. Recently, we met Rahul and Rakesh who spoke about training Aamir and many other things.
