Watch: After Salman Khan, is Shah Rukh Khan in trouble for his comment?

Unlike many of his contemporaries from the industry, Shah Rukh Khan always makes sure to say the right thing in front of media and public to avoid ringing any controversy. However, there have been instances when the actor has been criticised for sharing his views.

And something similar happened recently at an event, where the actor said something about women, which also made him regret later. Present at the book launch of ‘She Walks She Leads’, the actor spoke about how women shaped his life. He also went on to praise author Gunjan Jain for the book. And as soon as she stood up, Shah Rukh said, “You don’t have to stand up. Even if it’s politically incorrect, girls need to lie down when I talk to them.”

However, SRK soon realised his mistake, and clarified saying, “I am joking… don’t take my…” He added, “Just for this I am going to be in trouble now.”

We wonder whether Shah Rukh too has invited a controversy.
