Watch: Akshay Kumar dances to ‘Chinta ta’ underwater

Akshay Kumar is known for his death defying stunts. The Khiladi Kumar recently shocked one and all when he enclosed himself in a seven-foot deep tank. Akshay Kumar joined a 19-year-old contestant, Jaydeep Goel, in a seven-feet water tank and showed off his ‘Chinta ta chita chita’ moves. The Khiladi confessed that he wants to try every adventure possible.

Akshay Kumar was the celebrity guest on talent hunt show India’s Got Talent – Season 6. He shocked the judges Karan Johar, Malaika Arora Khan and Kirron Kher with his decision. He confessed “”When I was young, this industry gave me the chance to do all of those things that I had only dreamt about. And even though it’s been so many years, my greed for adventure is still not satisfied. That’s why I want to try on everything that comes my way. I really appreciate Jaydeep’s innovative style.”

The teenager Jaydeep with whom Akshay did the daredevil act confessed that, ” I have been rehearsing underwater for years, so I was worried when someone who had never enclosed himself in a water tank before wanted to try it out. But Akshay Kumar told me backstage that he has done a few stunts underwater and could hold his breath for a long time.”

Akshay Kumar started the dance with ‘Rowdy Rathore’ chartbuster ‘Chinta ta’ and ended the act with the ‘Jailhouse Rock’ dance moves of Elvis Presley and a 360-degrees twirl, inside the water. The 47-year-old actor swam to the top of the tank to breathe between his moves and managed to stay inside the tank for a full 10 minutes.
