Watch: ‘Bombay Velvet’ Motion Poster

Anurag Kashyap’s much awaited movie ‘Bombay Velvet‘s trailer gave fans a preview of Johnny ‘Bigshot’ Balraj (Ranbir Kapoor), a cage-fighter-street thug in Sixties Mumbai. Now the makers have released the motion poster of the film. It depicts the love hate relationship shared by the lead actors Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor.

The motion poster of Bombay Velvet featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma locked in a tango of love and struggle for power – follows in the wake of the trailer and two songs from the film. The second song that is revealed in the motion poster has Rosie Noronha Anushka Sharma singing ‘Mohabbat Buri Bimari’, punctuated with machine gun fire. Ranbir Kapoor loooking deadly makes a dramatic entry before a bullet-hole heart-shaped background.

Bombay Velvet has Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar in the lead roles. The film, based on Gyan Prakash?s Mumbai Fables, is scheduled to release on May 15.
