‘Chinar-Daastaan-e-Ishq’, featuring Aamir Khan‘s brother Faisal Khan is based on the novel ‘Jheel Jalti Hai’ that is written by Renzu Shah. The main character ‘Jamal’ in the movie is played by Faisal Khan.

The film is the first movie to be based on Kashmir sans the violence. The movie tells the story about the culture, beauty and life of Kashmir as seen through the characters of the novel.

Produced by Rajesh Jain and director Sharik Minhaj. Chinar Daastaan-E-Ishq will release on 16 October 2015.
