WATCH: Dhanak song ‘Jeene Se Bhi Zyada’ celebrating the love between siblings

Filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor is back with another gem from his treasure box. The film ‘Dhanak’ is a heartwarming story all about sibling love. It is a comedy drama that has child artists Hetal Gada and Krrish Chhabria in lead roles. The movie is all about the love and the bond shared by onscreen siblings Chotu and Pari and the journey they undertake to meet their idol Shah Rukh Khan.

After giving us a glimpse into the life of the lead characters and the dreams that they share, the makers are out with a song from the movie. The song ‘Jeene Se Bhi Zyada’ depicts the loving bond between the brother and sister and their expectation from a superstar. Sung by Shivam Pathak, the lyrics of the song have been penned by Manoj Yadav.

‘Dhanak’ has been written and directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. It has won the Grand Prix for best feature, given by the international jury in the generation KPlus section for children, as well as a special mention of the children’s jury in the same section, at the Berlin Film Festival this year. The filmmaker has also launched the novel version of ‘Dhanak’, claimed to be the first Indian novelisation of a children’s film.

The movie will be hitting the theaters on June 17, 2016.
