Watch: ‘Meer-E-Kaarwan’ from ‘Lucknow Central’ is a soothing number

The makers of ‘Lucknow Central’ have released the second song ‘Meer-E-Kaarwan’ from the movie. The audio is very soothing to the ears and the video shows the hardships that the character of Kishen Mohan Girhotra (Farhan Akhtar) undergoes as he is imprisoned in spite of not being guilty. Yet, he continues to follow his passion for music and hums the guitar and sings in the prison to free himself from pain. (Also Read: Inaamulhaq speaks about his character in ‘Lucknow Central’)

Sung by Amit Mishra and Neeti Mohan, the song is written by Adheesh Verma and composed by Rochak Kohli. The story revolves around the life of an aspiring singer named Kishan Mohan Girhotra who gets embroiled in a tragic situation which changes his life forever.

Directed by Ranjit Tiwari and written by Aseem Arora, ‘Lucknow Central’ is slated to release on September 15, 2017.
