WATCH: When Priyanka Chopra took a dig at her own accent

Priyanka Chopra has been ruling the West and while she is often trolled for her accent, we totally understand how difficult it might get to please both the Indian and Western audience at the same time.

The actress recently appeared in ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ and rocked the couch with her sense of humour. Apart from looking super hot, she also went on to take a dig at her own accent on the show saying, that she is confused about her American accent. “My accent is so confused I don’t know what it is,” she said. She further remembered the time she came back to India after finishing 4 years of schooling in the US, and would pronounce ‘coffee’ as Kuwa-ey-fee and ‘sister’ as sis-ta-h.

Stephen too was shocked by the number of films that PeeCee has done in Bollywood and said, “Even Robert de Niro has not done 50 films… Our film industry should be named after yours.”
