Shahid Kapoor’s rockstar avatar in upcoming film ‘Udta Punjab‘ was loved by fans and critics alike. The actor’s transformation from a chocolate boy to a grungy long haired Tommy Singh draped in some quirky blingy wardrobe was truly awesome. The actor’s new look that was unveiled in the Udta Punjab’s trailer has won him rave reviews.

Shahid Kapoor’s makeover to achieve that look from a sweet, chocolate boy to a crazy-head and drug-addict rockstar has set the gears rolling in fans’ mind that how he could make the transformation seem so easy. ‘Udta Punjab’ also stars Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead. The film releases on June 17, 2016.
