Ranbir Kapoor is truly the superstar of his generation and his stint in Animal proves it. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s crime-thriller is wreaking havoc at the box office and smashing records with each passing day. While it is performing phenomenally in Indian markets, it has a strong hold on international circuits as well. In just a week, Animal has collected 563.3 at the worldwide box office and will soon beat Sanju to become his highest grosser.

In its opening week, Animal collected Rs 563.3 crores and currently among the 12th highest grossing Bollywood movies of all time globally. Looking at the upward trend in collections, it will soon beat Sanju (Rs 586.85 cr) to emerge as his highest grosser movie of all time. Currently, it has surpassed the lifetime collection of Dhoom 3 (Rs 556.74).

Animal is now entering its second weekend without any competition. The film will continue to dominate the box office, until the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki and Prabhas’ Salaar on December 22. Animal released alongside the Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur, which has only managed to make Rs 38.83 crore as of now.

Rashmika Mandanna on getting love from fans for Animal

The Dear Comrade actor shared a lovely picture on Instagram while sharing a thank you note. She wrote, “Thank you all so so much for the love you are showing towards our film #Animal. I hope we made you all super proud and happy. #Animalpark (if you know you know). If you don’t then please do go watch it in the theatres near you and enjoyyyyy!“

Bollywood Bubble gave Animal ‘4’ stars. A part of the movie reads, “Animal is a must-watch and that too on the big screen. For the love of Ranbir Kapoor, nothing else will do, you can watch this film again on the OTT space.”
