Animal Worldwide Box Office: Ranbir Kapoor starrer continues its glory run, earns over Rs 660 crores on day 9

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal released in theatres worldwide on December 1. Since its release, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has been unstoppable at the box office. Every day the film has been breaking new box office records. On its ninth day i.e. second Saturday, Animal continued to create a storm at the box office. The second Saturday collection of Animal are impressive.

The Ranbir Kapoor starrer collected Rs 60.22 crores on day 9. With these figures, the film’s total collection now stands at Rs 660.89 crores at the worldwide box office. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is inching closer to the Rs 700 crore mark. It is now eighth highest grossing Indian movie of all time after Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 (Rs 691.08 crores).

Day 8: Rs 600.67 crores

Day 9: Rs 60.22 crores

Total: Rs 660.89 crores

At the domestic box office, Animal clocked in the biggest 2nd Saturday ever. In Hindi, the film netted Rs 32.47 crores at the box office. The total collection now stands at Rs 354.84 crores.

Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri. Animal tells the story of a son (Ranvijay Singh) who undergoes a transformation to protect his father (Balbir Singh). Rashmika plays Ranbir’s wife Geetanjali in the film. On the other hand, Bobby plays the role of an antagonist named Abrar Haque. Triptii plays Zoya and she has won hearts with her short et terrific performance.

Animal clashed at the box office with Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur. Vicky stepped into the shoes of Sam Manekshaw in the Meghna Gulzar directorial.

On the other hand, Bollywood Bubble gave Animal ‘4’ stars. A part of the review read, “Animal is a must0watch and that too on the big screen. For the love of Ranbir Kapoor, nothing else will do, you can watch this film again on the OTT space.”
