Laal Singh Chaddha Vs Raksha Bandhan box office: Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar movies continue to perform low

Laal Singh Chaddha and Raksha Bandhan have clashed at the box office on August 11. As they have crossed six days at the box office, the numbers look a little disappointing. Both films which are headlined by superstars Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar have delivered a low performance at the box office. However, if compared Laal Singh Chaddha with Raksha Bandhan then, the former is doing better than the latter.

Laal Singh Chaddha, a remake of Forrest Gump minted Rs 2 crores on day 6, thus making the grand total to Rs 47.75 crores. With this, the film is now inching closer to crossing the 50 crore mark. On the other hand, Raksha Bandhan collected Rs 1.65 crores on Tuesday. The grand total comes to Rs 35.15 crores at the domestic markets.

TOTAL – Rs 47.75 crores approx.

Bollywood Bubble gave 4 stars to Advait Chandan directorial venture. It is said that the movie is a beautiful adaptation of Forrest Gump. The film is no more or no less than the original.

Bollywood Bubble gave 1.5 stars to Aanand L Rai directorial venture. It read that the film tries hard to narrate a beautiful story of a sister and brother bond but with a problematic plot. It is a 2022 film but it seems to be made with a regressive mindset.
