Box Office: Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi holds strong on the 100 Crore mark as it enters second week

Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi has been holding strong to the 100 crore mark as it enters the second week. Sooryavanshi had collected around ₹6.83 crores on its second Friday, which pushed it to the approximate total of ₹127 crores at the domestic box office. Sooryavanshi has had an extraordinary run when it comes to Mumbai.

As per a report by Box Office India, ‘Collections will be around the 55 crore nett mark and it seems on course for a 75 crore nett plus figure which will be pretty much similar to what Housefull 4 did in 2019 in the circuit.’

The report also stated that the Akshay Kumar starrer has a very high chance of a double-digit number collection on Saturday. This will most likely lead to the 150 crore nett mark being crossed but it will all depend on the collection over the weekend.

Apart from Mumbai, Sooryavanshi remained strong in Rajasthan, CP Berar and the Marathawada side of Nizam / Andhra circuit. Apart from that Rohit Shetty’s cop universe is being loved in the other circuits but Maharashtra and Gujrat hold the high spots.
