Animal worldwide box office: Ranbir Kapoor starrer crosses Rs 800 crore mark, set to beat Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar

Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor remains invictus at the box office ever since it was released. The film is on a streak to make and break records at the box office. Despite being clashed with Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur, Animal like a beast is roaring at the cash registers. As we speak about worldwide box office collections, Animal has crossed the Rs 800 crore mark. Just now, the film’s official handle announced Animal has collected Rs 817.36 crores in 16 days globally.

As the film has crossed the 800 crore mark, Ranbir Kapoor is set to beat Aamir Khan in the worldwide markets. Earlier, Animal beat the worldwide box office collections of Aamir Khan starrer PK which collected Rs 769.89 crores. Now, it has managed to beat another Aamir’s movie Secret Superstar which has collected Rs 875.78 crores. Seeing the growth, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial venture will surely beat Secret Superstar in the worldwide markets.

Sunny Deol did not like ‘certain things’ in Animal

Recently, Sunny Deol got into a conversation with PTI where he opened up about brother Bobby Deol starrer Animal. Sunny called Animal a ‘nice film’ and said that he is ‘very happy for Bobby’. However, he also added that there are certain things in the movie that he did not like.

Bobby said, “There are certain things that I did not like, which I don’t like in many films including my own films. But that’s as a person I have the right to like or not like but in totality it is a nice film. The music is very good and it goes hand in glove with the sequences. Bobby has always been Bobby, but now he is Lord Bobby.” 

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles.
