‘Baar Baar Dekho’: Day five collection isn’t up to the mark

The movie ‘Baar Baar Dekho‘ starring Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif didn’t earn much even on the fifth day. It managed to garner only Rs 2.50 crore approximately taking the total five day business of the movie to Rs 24.75 crore. The film is struggling to get a strong hold even at the multiplexes.

The promotions and songs of the movie had created a strong buzz and the crackling chemistry of the lead pair in the trailers had raised the expectations. But the response to the movie has been far from good. The storyline and the performances didn’t quite appeal to the audiences and the critics.

Now, with two movies ‘Pink’ and ‘Raaz Reboot’ entering the theatres tomorrow, we are not sure how well ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ will manage to do as maximum screens will be occupied by these two new entrants. We are expecting the week one earnings to reach around Rs 28 crore nett.
