The father-son Jodi is a hit already as Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya starrer Bangarraju is doing a splendid performance at the box office as it has already crossed the 30 crore mark in just 2 days. The film which was released on the auspicious day of Makarsankranti started with a bang when it collected a whopping amount of Rs 17.5 crore on Day 1. Now, reportedly, the film has minted approximately Rs 19 crores on day 2, thus making the grand total to Rs 36 crores gross at the box office.
Going by the latest trend of Bangarraju at the box office, the film has crossed the Rs 30 crore mark despite the spike in COVID-19 cases. According to the trade experts, it is said that the film will do exceptionally well in the next week too as there is no competition at the box office. This supernatural drama is directed by Kalyan Krishna which is a sequel to his 2016 film Sogade Chinni Nayana that starred the same cast but Bangarraju’s additional cast is Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty.
If the film continues to collect at this pace, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya starrer will easily hit the 50 crore mark or even enter the 100 crore club soon.
