Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is actually killing the dry spell at the box office. After KGF 2 storm, the other film that is currently taking over the box office is Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer. The film started on a banging note and now the film has crossed the 50 crore mark on its opening day. Going by the latest trends, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has collected Rs 23.51 crores. Adding the latest collections, it brings the grand total to Rs 55.96 crores on day 3 at the box office.
Anees Bazmee’s directorial venture clashed with Kangana Ranaut starrer Dhaakad which is not performing well at the box office. Going by the latest trends, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has surpassed quite a few films of 2022 opening weekend collections. That’s right, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has beaten the opening weekend collections of movies like Gangubai Kathiawadi, Bachchhan Paandey, The Kashmir Files, Heropanti 2, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Jersey and many more. Now, all the eyes are on Monday which is usually considered to be the crucial point.

Friday – Rs 14.11 crores

As the film collected a good footfall on Sunday, Kartik shared a video from Gaiety where he is seen rejoicing with his fans. Sharing the video on social media, the Luka Chuppi actor captioned, “23.51 cr SUNDAY !! Thank you to the audience for all the love and all the Housefull boards in the country #BhoolBhulaiyaa2.”

Bollywood Bubble gave the Anees Bazmee directed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 a rating of 4 stars in its review. An excerpt from the movie review reads: “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is thrilling and thoroughly entertaining. Though the horror element seems like a cameo, the entire film has a mass appeal. It is Kartik and Tabu who carry the film on their shoulders. His fatafati performance and Tabu’s sheer par excellence work will surely make Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 a blockbuster.”
