Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Box-Office: Kartik Aaryan starrer inches closer to Rs 100 crore club

Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has been getting overwhelming response since Day 1 at the box-office. The horror-comedy hit the theatres on May 20. The movie also starred Kiara Advani, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav and Sanjay Mishra in pivotal roles. The Anees Bazmee’s directorial is now inching closer to Rs 100 crore club and is expected to enter the coveted club in the second weekend. This is indeed a great feat for the team especially for Kartik.

As per trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will be the 5th film to cross 100 crore in 2022. Gangubai Kathiawadi, The Kashmir Files, RRR (Hindi), KGF Chapter 2 (Hindi) are the films that had crossed the 100 crore this year.

On Thursday, the movie minted Rs. 7.27 crore, taking the total collection to Rs. 92.05 crore on Day 7. It seems to cross Kartik’s Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’s lifetime business.

The film has got positive reviews from critics and audiences. An excerpt of the review by Bollywood Bubble read: Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is thrilling and thoroughly entertaining. Though the horror element seems like a cameo, the entire film has a mass appeal. It is Kartik and Tabu who carry the film on their shoulders.
