Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Box Office: Kartik Aaryan starrer continues to do well on third Friday

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, directed by Anees Bazmee continues to do well in collections at the box office on the third Friday. The movie starring Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani and Tabu was released in theatres on May 20. The movie has so far managed to cross the 100 crore mark and is currently inching towards the 150 crore mark.

On the third Friday, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has witnessed only a 30% drop in the box office collections, despite the release of other movies like Samrat Prithviraj, starring Akshay Kumar and Major featuring Adivi Sesh.

A Box Office India report said that the Kartik Aaryan starrer has made a collection of 143 crore nett. The report mentioned that the movie is expected to end the week at a collection of 175 crore nett, which will surpass the 150 crore mark.

According to the report, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 continues to do well on its third Friday showing a 30% drop from Thursday despite the release of Samraat Prithviraj and the drop from last Friday is only 55% as well which is excellent. The total box office of the film is now around 143 crore nett and it has chances to finish close to the 175 crore nett mark.”

As per the report, the movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 “will be fourth highest grossing comedy film after Housefull 4, Golmaal Againa and Good Newwz but all these were before the pandemic.”

Meanwhile, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 stars Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, Tabu, Sanjay Mishra, Rajpal Yadav, amongst others, in key roles. The movie is currently riding high on positive reviews from fans and critics.

Bollywood Bubble gave Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 a rating of four stars in its review. An excerpt from the review read: “In totality, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is thrilling and thoroughly entertaining.”
