Box-Office: ‘The Jungle Book’ scores fabulously at the box-office

The little movie fanatics were in for a treat this week as their favourite animated film ‘The Jungle Book’ made it to the theatres on Friday. There was a lot of buzz around this film as famous personalities like Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan Khan lent their voice for the characters of the film and well, the film has worked wonders at the box-office.

Within two days, the movie has managed to mint approximately 23.60 crores at the box-office. A renowned trade analyst, Taran Adarsh tweeted,

Seems, the positive word of mouth has set the movie on the path of victory. Taran Adarsh also indicated that ‘The Jungle Book’ can become the second film to have the second highest opening weekend of 2016.
