‘Commando 2’ does a dull box office business on first Tuesday

Last Friday, Vidyut Jammwal and Adah Sharma-starrer ‘Commando 2‘ hit the big screens. The movie hasn’t performed as expected at the box office. The first Tuesday numbers were even lower as the movie collected Rs 1.90 crore on the day. The total five day business of the movie is Rs 17.40 crore and that’s not up to the mark. The first weekend business was low and the poor numbers resulted in overall low business for the movie. Weekdays are usually less than weekends, so the drop in numbers on Monday and Tuesday was expected.

‘Commando 2: The Black Money Trail’ is a sequel of the sleeper hit ‘Commando’ which released in 2013 and starred Vidyut Jammwal and Pooja Chopra in lead roles.

‘Commando 2’ is an action drama directed by Deven Bhojani and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The movie stars Vidyut Jammwal and Adah Sharma in main roles and also stars Esha Gupta, Freddy Daruwala and Suhail Nayyar in pivotal parts.
