Deva Box Office Collection: Shahid Kapoor starrer impresses in Week 1; earns Rs 48 Cr worldwide in just 7 days

As per the recent NBOC and GBOC reports, Deva is growing stronger at the worldwide box office and has amassed Rs 48.03 crore in 7 days. According to a post shared by the makers, the Shahid Kapoor starrer collected Rs 33.24 crore at the domestic box office and Rs 14.79 crore overseas in Week 1.

About the film

Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, Deva is the remake of Rosshan’s 2013 Malayalam film Mumbai Police. Aside from Shahid Kapoor, the film also starred Pooja Hegde and Pavail Gulati in pivotal roles. The film released in theatres on January 31 and received mixed reviews from critics.

Giving the film a 3.5 star rating, Bollywood Bubble wrote in its review, “Deva is a complete masala entertainer that blends action, drama, and music to deliver a thrilling cinematic experience. With Shahid Kapoor at the helm, this film is perfect for a weekend binge and is bound to keep you hooked until the last frame.”
