‘Fukrey Returns’ 10 day collection is higher than lifetime collection of ‘JHMS’

‘Fukrey Returns’ was expected to do well at the box office, but the amount it has been collecting is simply outstanding. The film has received mixed reviews, but it looks like the audiences are loving the movie.

The movie, which stars Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal and Manjot Singh in the lead role, has turned out to be a super hit at the box office. The movie in its second weekend collected Rs 15 crore taking the 10-day total to Rs 64.50 crore which is higher than the lifetime collection of Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma-starrer ‘Jab Harry Mey Sejal’.

Yes, you read it right. The lifetime collection of the Imtiaz Ali directorial was Rs 62 crore. This is really good for ‘Fukrey Returns’ as the film has successfully taken over a Shah Rukh Khan movie at the box office. With today’s (second Monday) collection it will surely leave Ajay Devgn-starrer ‘Baadshaho’ behind at the box office.
