Gadar 2: Sunny Deol’s movie is set to BEAT Yash starrer KGF 2, collects Rs 7.10 crore on day 15

Actor Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 is having a dream run at the box office. Ever since the film was released, the movie has been on a spree in breaking box office records. Though the movie has entered its 3rd week, Gadar 2 is still doing a great job. Sunny Deol starrer earned Rs 7.10 crores and the total now stands to Rs 426.20 crores.

Going by the latest collections, Gadar is now set to beat Yash starrer KGF 2. The pan-India movie’s lifetime collection is Rs 434.70 crores. If the movie continues to collect decent numbers at the box office, it can comfortably surpass KF 2’s lifetime biz.

Sunny Deol expressed his happiness on Gadar 2 success

Sunny shared a video in which he said, “Hello everyone, first and foremost aap sab ka bohot bohot dhanyavad. Aap logon ko Gadar itni pasand aayi maine kabhi socha bhi nahi tha. And humlog Rs 400 crore cross kar chuke hai aur aage jayenge. But ye sab aap logon ke wajah se hua hai. (A big thank you to all of you. I never thought y’all would love Gadar so much. We have crossed the Rs 400 crore mark. It was all possible because of you).”

The actor continued, “Aapko ye film pasand aayi, aapko Tara Singh pasand aya, Sakina pasand aayi, pura pariwaar aaya. (You loved the film, you loved Tara Singh, Sakina and the entire family). So, isliye thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 is also on its way to beating two all-time blockbuster films. One is Baahubali 2: The Conclusion which stands at Rs 510.99 crore. Whereas Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan has earned Rs 543.05 crore. Gadar 2 also stars Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, Manish Wadhwa.
