‘Hindi Medium’ stays strong, while ‘Half Girlfriend’ manages to be stable

‘Half Girlfriend’ and ‘Hindi Medium’, both the films are doing quite well at the box office. They had a great weekend, and now, even on weekdays the collections are quite impressive.

‘Half Girlfriend’ on Tuesday collected Rs 4.25 crore. The five-day total of the film is Rs 40 crore which is good. The movie will collect around Rs 50 crore in its first week which is quite good. Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s fresh pairing has been loved by everyone.

Meanwhile, ‘Hindi Medium’ is turning out to be a surprise at the box office. The Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar-starrer was expected to get thumbs up from the critics, but then even moviegoers are loving the film. The movie showed a good growth over the weekend and is doing a great business on its weekdays. The movie on its first Tuesday collected Rs 2.75 crore approx. which is higher than the Friday collection. This takes the total up to Rs 17 crore.
