Hindi version of ‘Baahubali 2’ does a phenomenal business in its first weekend

‘Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion’ was undoubtedly one of the most awaited films of the year. Everyone just wanted to know ‘why Kattappa killed Baahubali’, and to get the answer moviegoers are running to the theatres. While it was expected that the film will do wonders in Tamil and Telugu languages, even the Hindi version of the film has done a great business at the box office.

On Friday, the movie collected Rs 40.75 crore approximately. On Saturday, the collection was Rs 40.25 crore approximately, and on Sunday it showed a very good jump by collecting Rs 46 crore approximately. With this, the grand total collection of the Hindi version of the film over its first weekend stands at Rs 127 crore approximately, which is outstanding. Even a film starring a superstar of Bollywood hasn’t registered such numbers.

‘Baahubali 2’ is also doing excellent in overseas market. In three days, the film has collected Rs 121 crore internationally, taking the worldwide collection to Rs 506 crore.
