Hrithik Roshan-starrer ‘Kaabil’ shows an excellent jump on Day 2

Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam’s much-awaited film ‘Kaabil’ made it to the theatres on Janaury 25, 2017 and has been garnering praises from all corners. Critics have loved the film and audience has appreciated it to the maximum. And hence, we could see a 100% jump in box office numbers on day 2. As per the figures shared by the production house, ‘Kaabil’ managed to mint approximately Rs 18.67 crore on day 2.

Now that is an excellent jump. On day 1, ‘Kaabil’ had minted decent amount of Rs 10.43 crore approximately. With this the two day collection of ‘Kaabil’ stands at Rs 29.10 crore which is a good amount.

The film directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Rakesh Roshan clashed with Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Raees’ and unfortunately, there was an uneven division of screens between the two films. The former got lesser number of screens, but despite this, it is having a good run at the box office, thanks to the positive word of mouth.

‘Kaabil’ also stars Roy brothers, Rohit Roy and Ronit Roy, as villains.
