Arjun Kapoor is certainly going through a rough patch and looks like, it is going to continue for a while. The 33-year-old actor’s latest release ‘India’s Most Wanted’ hit the screens on May 24 (yesterday). Now, the first-day collection of the film is out and it has only done business worth Rs 2.10 crore. Yes, you have read it right!
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “#IndiasMostWanted struggles… Records extremely low numbers on Day 1, although biz picked up towards evening… Needs miraculous growth on Day 2 and 3 to salvage the show… Fri ₹ 2.10 cr. India biz.”

‘India’s Most Wanted’ is about trying to capture India’s Osama in the wake of serial bomb blasts. The Raj Kumar Gupta directorial lacks vision, direction and it really falls flat on its face. Arjun is quite mediocre in his role as Intelligence Bureau officer Prabhat Kapoor and the whole film lacks bite.
Hopefully, over the weekend, ‘India’s Most Wanted’ can pick up some momentum and surge at the box-office.
