JugJugg Jeeyo Box-Office: Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani starrer soars high on first weekend

JugJugg Jeeyo released in theatres on June 24. The movie starred Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli in key roles. The family entertainer is doing great at the box-office. Though it started off with single digit collections on Day 1, on weekends, JugJugg Jeeyo minted moolah. On Sunday, the movie collected Rs 15.10 crore. Thus it saw a huge rise than collections on Friday and Saturday. So, the total collection of JJJ now stands at Rs. 36.93 crore.

Trade analyst and film critic, Taran Adarsh sharing JugJugg Jeeyo’s box-office collection wrote on Twitter, “#JugJuggJeeyo fares very well in Weekend 1… Gains on Day 2 and 3 positive sign… Multiplexes fantastic, yield big revenue, while mass circuits bloom on Day 3… Needs to maintain a strong grip on Day 4… Fri 9.28 cr, Sat 12.55 cr, Sun 15.10 cr. Total: ₹ 36.93 cr. #India biz.”

Dharma Productions also shared the collection on their Instagram handle. JugJugg Jeeyo is helmed by Good Newwz fame director Raj Mehta. The movie has received positive reviews from critics and audiences.
