JugJugg Jeeyo Box Office: Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani starrer maintains a good hold in second week

The movie JugJugg Jeeyo continues to rake a solid collection at the box office, with its successful second week run. The film stars Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in key roles. The movie produced by Dharma Productions is going strong at the box office with the immense love from the audience. The Raj Mehta directorial was released in theatres on June 24.

JugJugg Jeeyo held well in the second week, with the collections of approximately over 20 crore nett. Dharma Productions shared the box office collections of the second week and mentioned that the movie collected 20.05 cr nett in the second week. The first week collections of the film are 53.66 crore nett, taking the two week total to 73.71 crore nett.

A Box Office India report said that the movie has managed to rake a decent collection in the two weeks. The report stated that the Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani film witnessed a drop of 62% in the collections in the second week, considering it to be a good trend. However, with the release of Thor-Love and Thunder, the Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor starrer saw a hit. Taking to his Instagram stories, filmmaker Karan Johar shared the box office collections of the movie. Dharma Productions also made a post on Instagram and shared the box office collections.

A few days ago, the JugJugg Jeeyo had crossed the 70 crore nett mark with the national collections. And, the movie has surpassed the 100 crore mark, globally, a few days ago.

As per the report, “The lifetime of the film will determined by the third Friday and as the drop has come on the Thursday it may not drop on Friday which would keep it on course for an 80 crore nett finish.” The report further stated, “The film will see huge growth on Saturday as that NCR audience comes out again in numbers. Also if Friday does not drop it will mean a run for another two weeks as there is no Thor next week and the releases look weak.”

Meanwhile, the Raj Mehta directorial also stars Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli in key roles.
