Ratna Pathak Shah, Aahana Kumra, Plabita Borthakur and Konkona Sensharma-starrer ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ has definitely managed to entertain the audience. The film that dwells on the sexual desires of four women and the movie that as per CBFC was a ‘lady-oriented’ film, has received a positive response from the masses at the box office. Even on its fifth day, ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ has had a steady run at the box office. It managed to mint Rs 1.25 crore on its first Tuesday. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 7.75 crore. Considering that it had been a low-budget film, ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ has emerged to be a hit at the box office.
On the other hand, ‘Munna Michael’ that had a big star like Tiger Shroff performing in it, has failed to attract the audiences to the theatres. On its first Tuesday, ‘Munna Michael’ managed to collect approximately Rs 2.75 crore at the box office. The total collection of the film after five days stands at Rs 26.87 crore which is fairly average. (Also Read: Munna Michael movie review: Tiger’s dance moves and punches are failed by poor logic)
