Munjya movie starring Abhay Verma and Sharvari Wagh has been getting good responses from the audience. The movie that started on a decent note has now witnessed a great response at the box office. Given that it was a weekend, the horror comedy worked well in the multiplex circuits. Talking about the collections, Munjya earned ₹ 8.43 crore on day 3 at the box office, crossing the Rs 20 crore mark as the total comes to ₹ 20.04 crore in its opening weekend.
With the latest box office collections, Munjya has emerged as be 7th movie in the highest opening weekend of 2024. The movie has managed to beat Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan which collected ₹ 19.55 crore. Moreover, the horror comedy also beat the latest Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Mr & Mrs Mahi (₹ 17.12 crore) and Sidharth Malhotra starrer Yodha (₹ 14.25 crore).
