Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur’s ‘OK Jaanu’ seemed to be an entertaining film, considering its Tamil version was a hit one. But looks like the two stars have failed to entice the audience with their sizzling chemistry. ‘OK Jaanu’ is the first film of 2017 to make it to the theatres but, unfortunately, it has failed to pull the crowd. The first weekend collection of the movie was miserable and the trend seems to have continued to the next week.
The first Tuesday collection of ‘OK Jaanu’ is approximately Rs 1.30 crore, which is horrible. With this the total collection of ‘OK Jaanu’ stands at approximately Rs 14.55 crore nett. Not a good figure indeed!
While Aditya has had a series of flops in his name, Shraddha too seems to be struggling to keep her career on track. Her last film ‘Rock On 2’ tanked at the box office, and now there’s ‘OK Jaanu’ witnessing failure.
Directed by Shaad Ali, ‘OK Jaanu’ is produced by Dharma productions and Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies.
