Pathaan box office: Shah Rukh Khan starrer refuses to slow down as it crosses 650 crore mark worldwide

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan is definitely refusing to slow down as it is busy minting money at the box office. Ever since the movie was released, people can’t stop gushing over the film. Right from seeing Shah Rukh’s banging comeback to SRK and Salman Khan’s jodi, Pathaan was a treat for their fans. Now, the love of fans is overflowing as the movie is busy bringing good footfalls at the box office, not just in India but globally too. 

Pathaan collects Rs 667 crores worldwide:

Speaking about the worldwide box office collection, Pathaan has crossed the 650 crore mark on day 8. The Siddharth Anand directorial venture collected Rs 667 crores in the global markets. The movie is now aiming to hit the 700-crore mark. Going by the pace of the movie, Pathaan will surpass the worldwide gross of Aamir Khan starrer Dangal (Hindi) on Saturday which is Rs 702 crore and then will chase for Prabhas starrer Baahubali 2 which earned Rs 801 crore. After achieving those milestones, Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan will become the highest-grossing HINDI film of all time.

Pathaan box office collections in India:

The Spy thriller collected Rs 17.50 crores on day 8 at the domestic markets. Pathaan total comes to Rs 336 crores.

Day 1 – Wednesday – Rs 55 crores 

Day 2 – Thursday – Rs 68 crores 

Day 3 – Friday – Rs 38 crores 

Day 4 – Saturday – Rs 51.50 crores 

Day 5 – Sunday – Rs 58.50 crores 

Day 6 – Monday – Rs 25.50 crores 

Day 7 – Tuesday – Rs 22 crores 

Day 8 – Wednesday – Rs 17.50 crores

Total: Rs 336 crores

Pathaan 2 in the making?

Recently, at a press conference of Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan and director Siddharth hinted at the sequel of the movie after its success. The movie was released on January 25.
