Pushpa 2 Day 1 Box Office: Allu Arjun, Rashmika Madanna create history with opening close to Rs 200 crore

Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule has been ruling the Box office with massive numbers on its opening day, despite mixed reviews. According to the Sacnilk website, Pushpa 2 broke records on its day and earned Rs 175.1 crore from India.

In Telugu, the massive action flick has raked in Rs 72 crore on day 1 and from the Hindi markets. In Tamil Nadu, the film has made a high of Rs 7 crores and in Telugu, it has earned 85 crores on day 1.

Regarding the collections for Kannada and Kerala, Sukumar’s film brought in Rs 1 crore and Rs 5 crore, respectively. With morning shows at 78.27 percent, afternoon shows at 77.09 percent, evening performances at 85.07 percent, and night shows at 90.19 percent, Pushpa 2 achieved an overall Telugu occupancy rate of 82.66 percent.

With morning shows at 41.12 percent, afternoon shows at 50.94 percent, evening shows at 62.52 percent, and night shows at 84.75 percent. Pushpa 2 achieved an occupancy percentage of 59.83% in the Hindi areas. With morning shows at 33.55 percent, afternoon shows at 43.74 percent, evening shows at 56.27 percent, and night shows at 68.63 percent, the Allu Arjun-starring film maintained 50.55 percent occupancy on day one, demonstrating the remarkable Tamil occupancy rates.

Furthermore, the film is anticipated to gain greater traction as a result of the weekend spike. Although the initial projections do suggest a decline in momentum, they are merely approximations, and the film has a good chance of setting a new record.
