‘Raees’ box office collection: The Shah Rukh Khan-starrer disappoints in its second week

Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Raees’ had collected a whopping amount of Rs 110.05 crore in its first week. However, the collection in the second week showed a big drop which is very disappointing.

The film in its second week collected approx. Rs 16.25 crore. The second weekend was a bit stable, but then over the weekdays the collection went very low. The till date total of ‘Raees’ is Rs 126.30 crore. Well, with this collection too the film has broken many records at the box office, especially overseas.

‘Raees’ has done a better business than SRK’s previous release, ‘Fan’. It is also the first film of 2017 to reach the 100 crore club. (Also Read: Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ banned in Pakistan)

The movie, which also stars Mahira Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Sunny Leone (special number), had received mixed reviews. However, Shah Rukh Khan’s fans made it a hit at the box office. Few days ago, the makers had also organized a success party and a success press conference.
