‘Raees’ shows a drop in its second weekend

Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Raees’ showed a huge drop in its second weekend. Though the collection dropped, but it showed a jump daywise over the weekend.

The movie collected Rs 4.75 crore on its second Sunday, which is a bit disappointing. The movie collected Rs 11.50 crore in its second weekend, taking the till date total to Rs 121.55 crore.

‘Raees’ was expected to do a fantastic business at the box office, but unfortunately the collection is not up to the mark. Well, we are not saying that the collection is bad, but we had expected more from a Shah Rukh Khan-starrer. However, if we compare the collection of Shah Rukh Khan’s last film ‘Fan’, the collection is much better. And not just this ‘Raees’ has also broken a lot of records at the box office in India as well as overseas.

‘Raees’, which is directed by Rahul Dholakia, also stars Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
