Badhaai Do Box Office: Rajkummar Rao & Bhumi Pednekar movie witnesses boost in first Monday collections

Badhaai Do, directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni was released in theatres last week. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar in key roles. Badhaai Do recorded a decent collection at the box office on day one of its release. The movie collected Rs 1.65 crore nett on its opening day. Later, on the second day, during the weekend, the Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar movie witnessed a growth in the box office collections. Badhaai Do made a decent collection during the first weekend at the box office as well. The movie has witnessed better numbers than the day one collections on first Monday.

A Box Office India report said that Badhaai Do made a better collection on the first Monday and witnessed boost in numbers due to Valentine’s day. The report said that the movie has made a collection of Rs 1.85 crore nett on Monday. In total, the movie has collected Rs 9.20 crore nett at the box office, in four days of its release.

According to the report, “Badhaai Do grossed 1.85 crore nett on Monday as Valentines Day gave it a boost in collection. The fair value collection could be around 1.25 crore nett but it will be the Tuesday number that will tell where the fair value for Monday falls.”

The report further stated, “The 9 crore nett plus collections in four days remain low but the crucial day is Tuesday as if this can hold well then there is a chance that this film can get decent second week collections.”

Bollywood Bubble rated Badhaai Do with three stars and called the movie ‘refreshing’.
