Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani continues to rule the box office and smash records. The Karan Johar directorial is a complete family entertainer that celebrates love while also giving a social message.  The film released on last Friday, 28 July 2023 and has been unanimously receiving positive response. While the one week collection of the film marks Rs 73.33 crores, the film manages to hold strong on 8^th day as well.

Written by Ishita Moitra, Sumit Roy and Shashank Khaitan, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is the story of a young couple, Rocky and Rani, who live with each other’s families. They do so to convince their families as they have cultural differences. Also starring Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Aamir Bashir, Kshitee Jog, Anjali Anand, Churni Ganguly and Tota Roy Choudhury in prominent roles. the music of the film is composed by Pritam, with some Madam Mohan’s evergreen tracks.
