Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani worldwide box office collection: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer crosses $10 million in 10 days

Karan Johar directorial Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is doing well at the box office. Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer released in theatres on 28 July 2023 and have been receiving overwhelming response since then. The constant positive word-of-mouth has led to huge footfall in theatres. It has even propelled a section of audience to watch the film twice. While the film continues to dominate the domestic box office, it has created waves in the overseas market as well.

Karan Johar boasts a remarkable track record overseas, delivering some of the biggest blockbusters of Hindi cinema like Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, My Name is Khan, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Now the streak continues with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The film has managed to rake in $10 million in just 10 days. With this the film has surpassed RRR collection in UK market. In just a week, the film had minted $7 million and went on to become second highest grosser after Pathaan. It currently stands with the gross collections of Rs 210 crore at the global box office.

Talking about domestic market, the film has entered the 100 crore club smashing several records. It is Alia Bhatt’s eight film to achieve this milestone. For Ranveer Singh, its his seventh highest grosser.

They deny their relationship because of cultural differences. Apart from Alia and Ranveer, the movie also boasts a stellar cast of veteran actors. This includes Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Shabana Azmi. In addition, the film also stars Tota Roy Chowdhury, Churni Ganguly in supporting roles.
